Fostering Future Generations of Ohio Golf Talent

Introducing Team Ohio Creating a Path for Elite Junior Golfers

In February of 2023, the USGA announced the creation of the U.S. National Development Program (USNDP) with Ohio being selected as one of seven pilot states. The USNDP is a program designed to create a pathway for junior golfers to progress to a national stage.

The USNDP was designed to ensure that American golf is at the forefront of the global game by focusing on six pillars: talent identification, access to competition, national teams, athlete resources, player development and relations and athlete financial support. Team Ohio will create a pathway for junior golfers to reach the next level of golf thanks to the cooperation of all six golf associations in Ohio (Greater Cincinnati Golf Association, Northern Ohio Golf Association, Northern Ohio PGA, Ohio Golf Association, Miami Valley Golf Association and Southern Ohio PGA).

Our Vision

Establish a pathway for junior golfers from Ohio to work their way towards the U.S. National Team without having to leave the state
